WIR!-Alliance Land-Innovation-Lausitz Continuous strategy development of the WIR!-Alliance (LIL-Strategy)

Description:
The project is the central control and strategy development project for the “Land-Innovation-Lausitz” alliance, which has been funded by the BMBF since April 2019 (https://land-innovation-lausitz.de).
The project conceives procedures for further strategy development and implementation as well as for the internal evaluation of the consortium, the ongoing verification of the individual strategic topics and fields of action and for quality assurance in the research projects. It develops approaches for the participation and communication of the alliance ideas to the public as well as for the integration of the alliance partners in the strategy development process. In addition, LIL-Strategy develops concepts for the addressing and integration of relevant interest groups in the consortium work.
