Volker Wittpahl has a PhD in Engineering and since 2003 he is a freelance Product Innovation Manager. He did his studies of microelectronics in Germandy and Singapore. Product Innovation Management and Technology Marketing he has done for the Philips Group in the automotive sector and at Philips Design and possesses many years of experience as an external service in the product innovation management for large industry and SMEs. During his tenure Dr. Wittpahl successfully launched companies in the last three years. He is a longtime coach in the area of Product Data Management for the dib in Frankfurt. Since 2005 he has been Lecturer in Product Innovation Management at Bremen University. Several teams from his courses have won prices in ideas competitions last year.
