Training Impact and Implementation
An EU proposal contents regularly three parts: Excellence, Impact and Implementation. The Implementation part is mainly related to project management skills, while the Impact part has increased its importance since the launch of Horizon 2020 in 2014. To name a few examples, in Calls such as the SME Instrument and all those topics labelled as Innovation Actions (Type of Call), the Impact part has increased its weighting factor to 1,5. This training aims to be a hands-on experience and more practical than the related Seminar held in April 2017.
