DESCRIPTION:When facing those stressors, you are likely to develop unhealthy habits of working and living which in turn restricts both their health and business. In this interactive and practice-oriented workshop you will gain more clarity on the causes of stress and which typical stress patterns apply for each of you personally.\nIn the second part, this workshop will focus on resources to help you prevent or recover from high levels of stress.\nThirdly, this workshop provides an introduction into mindfulness as a tool for stress reduction and you will be led through a mindfulness exercise.
