How to set up a semester collection Information for lecturers

In ESem (Electronic Semester collection), electronic documents can also be made accessible in addition to the bibliographies. The structure of the university is shown here and allows quick access via the faculty or chair/lecturer.

In order to comply with copyright and licensing regulations, ESem provides three levels of access:

  • The public presentation without restriction
  • The restriction of access to members of the university
  • The restriction of access to the participants of a course

Since ESem has a self-explanatory interface, creating electronic documents is straightforward.
