The PROMOS Mobility Programme

What is PROMOS?

In the framework of the Bologna Process, a main interest of all the university stakeholders is to achieve an increase in the mobility of students. DAAD’s PROMOS Mobility Programme should contribute to a greater mobility of students-independent from nationality through sponsoring short term scholarships (up to six months) for non-European studies abroad.

About the financial support:

The amount to be awarded in partial scholarships is based on the subsidy rate provided by DAAD, which is currently between 300 and 500 euro per month (depending on the target country). The BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg does not provide any financial support for travel costs.
