Sustainable university operations

We strive to develop and design the administration and infrastructure at our university in a sustainable manner. To this end, we are working on various concepts and projects. Our environmental guidelines and the goals of our environmental management form the basis for this.

For the BTU, sustainable university operations include in particular:

  • a sustainable cafeteria,
  • sustainable mobility,
  • sustainable procurement,
  • sensible waste management,
  • careful use of energy and heat, and
  • the promotion of biodiversity on campus.
