Anyone in good health aged 18 or over can donate blood.2. On the day of the donation, you must feel healthy and fit (any medical queries can be discussed with a doctor on site).2. Please bring your ID card with you.3. Please note that there must be a gap of at least 56 days between two blood donations.4. Please drink plenty of fluids (at least 1.5 litres of non-alcoholic drinks before donating blood).5. Eat a sufficient meal before donating blood (at least approx. 2 hours beforehand).5. Minimum body weight 50 kg.6. Tattoos and piercings must have been done at least 4 months ago.\nPlease check in advance using the donor check to see if you meet all the requirements.
