Prof. Dr. Julia von Maltzahn has been head of the new Chair of Stem Cell Biology of Aging at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) since April 2022. Her great commitment to research, teaching and promoting young talent, as well as the International Day of Women and Girls in Science on February 11, are the occasion to introduce the scientist.
