Graduate Survey at BTU Cottbus - Senftenberg

The BTU Cottbus–Senftenberg carries out regular graduate surveys. The graduate survey is run within the framework of a cooperation project Link zu einer externen Seite (KOAB) – in which a large number of universities take part and which is coordinated by the International Centre for Higher Education Research Link zu einer externen Seite (INCHER) at the University of Kassel and the Institute for Applied Statistics Link zu einer externen Seite (ISTAT).

Since 2013, graduates from research orientated as well as applied study programmes are interviewed. The generally high-level of responses from graduates, for which we would like to thank you all once again, allows us to gather important information on the career paths of our alumni. Of equal importance is the feedback given retrospectively by graduates relating to the programmes of study and their subsequent relevance in professional contexts. The results of these surveys are taken into account for the further development of the courses of study and are thus a vital tool for our quality assurance.

In the winter semester of 2016/17 an initial survey will be carried out for the 6th time. The survey is aimed at all graduates who studied at BTU Cottbus–Senftenberg and were awarded a degree in the winter semester 2014/15 or in the summer semester of 2015 (1st October 2014 to 30th September 2015) – regardless of whether they remained at the BTU or left the university.
All participants from the examination year 2015 will receive a written invitation (mainly by email) to take part in the survey. The emails (sender: E-Mail astrid.buse(at) or letters with the invitation and login details will be sent in October 2016. The survey will be carried out online. The participants are able to take part in the survey by using their individual login details and the link received per email/letter or using the Link zu einer externen Seite link on this website. The questionnaire is available in German as well as in English language.

For your willingness to participate, we already thank you very much in advance!
