PhD Students and postdocs of all research areas
Visualizations are at the heart of science and science communication. In this class, we’ll discuss the basics of why great visuals matter, where and how to apply them and then dive deeply into how to build them. We’ll be looking at your specific topics, identify areas that can be enhanced and made more understandable by visualization and then work on executing those. Areas of use are grant proposals, scientific papers and posters, and of course scientific presentations. We discuss basic rules of visualization and always keep your specific topic in mind.
