Learning Outcome:Students will learn the basic theory and techniques of computer simulation and simulation modeling of discrete dynamic systems, including practical methods and tools for modeling and simulation. The course contents will be project- driven. Students will apply the knowledge learned on a number of collaborative modeling and simulation projects, thus acquiring the desired skills.

Recommended Prerequisites:A course in programming at least equivalent to the module

Knowledge of statistics and/or probability theory is useful.
