Learning Outcome:Students will get familiar with challenges in securing computer systems and networks. They will get acquainted with fundamental security and privacy concepts that will be used as building blocks for later specialization.
Contents:In the scope of this module, we explore, among others, the following topics:

Recommended Prerequisites:Knowledge of the contents of modules

  • Successful treatment of all assigned project tasks including successful presentation of the results
Final module examination:
  • Written examination, 90 min. OR
  • Oral examination, 30-45 min. (with small number of participants)
In the first lecture it will be anounced, if the examination will be offered in written or oral form.
