Learning Outcome:Akquisition of basic knowledge about natural gas as world-wide important source of primary energy; self-organised collection and evaluation of data covering a special topic; presentation and discussion.
Contents:Natural gas worldwide; natural gas reserves and production; gas transport and transmission pipelines; regional gas distribution pipeline networks; gas facilities (pipeline, undergrund storage, compressor station, regulator station), supervision and control of high pressure gas pipeline networks.
