Aims and Tasks

Young researchers of the BTU are the main target group of the GRS. Its tasks are the two areas »funding« (see also the »Three-Pillars-Model«) and »qualification«. The aims of the GRS focus on three activities:

Promotion of excellent young researchers through a specific qualification programme for PhD students and early postdoctoral researchers
Strengthening BTU's research profile by supporting research cooperation
Internationalization of doctoral training
