Oscar Texis Loaiza was born in Mexico.
He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Control and Automation Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) of Mexico in 2017. He received a Master’s Degree (2019) and a Doctoral Degree (2023), both in Electrical Engineering – Automatic Control from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Cd. Mx., Mexico.

Currently, he is a Research Associate at the Brandenburg University of Technology, Cottbus, Germany.
His main research interests are Homogeneous and Bi-Homogeneous Observers Design for nonlinear systems.
