The Leibniz institute IHP develops innovations for wireless and broadband communication, aerospace, medical technology, automotive industry, security and industrial automation. It runs a pilot line for the development of semiconductor technologies and the preparation of high-speed circuits. IHP provides a Multi Project Wafer and small series manufacturing service with 130nm 500GHz SiGe BiCMOS and Silicon Photonics technology.
