Invitation to the "COgreen" event
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
On behalf of the M.Sc. Renewable Energy Management (REM) program, organized by the Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Sciences of the University of Freiburg, Germany, we are pleased to invite your University to take part in our student organized competition and hope that you could help us spreading this information to interested students.
“COgreen”
Envisioning Tomorrow’s Communities
27TH – 30TH November, Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany
The COgreen event aims at:
· Partnering with a community in order to support them in the development of concepts on how to move towards the
goal of sustainability with the help of Renewable Energy Systems, addressing as much as possible their
particular situation and needs.
· Creating a platform for dialogue and a forum of ideas between different players relevant to the ‘Energiewende’.
· Connecting students with potential employers, research partners and professionals to generate career,
collaboration and funding opportunities.
Any interested university can enroll more than one team each consisting of 3 to 5 people and the winning team will be selected during the last day of the event.
Deadline for registration:
1. Universities interested in taking part in the competition are kindly requested to contact us via e-mail by
15, July 2013.
2. Early bird registration for University teams should be done by 31, August 2013 on our official website to
benefit from a special reduction on registration fees.
