BTU Advent calendar: Door 5

With alumni manager Daniel Ebert, Christmas is all about family - and hip hop, which you can easily recognize by his favorite Christmas sweater.

How did you spend Christmas last year?
My second son was born on 19.12.2019. With this wonderful present we spent Christmas very comfortably at home.

What is planned for this year?
This year we are going to repeat the coziness at home and will have a few family video chats in addition.

What do you like better: Christmas cards, Christmas emails or phone calls?
I am always happy about every Christmas greeting, no matter how it reaches me. This year the video chats are a nice new option.

What is your favorite drink during the Advent season?
I have been a tea drinker since I temporarily lived and worked in London. I enjoy it in all seasons, but especially during the cold Advent weeks.

Do you have a favorite sweater for the Christmas season?
I wear my Christmas sweater on the photo on which Ahmir Khalib Thompson alias Questlove, drummer of the hip hop formation The Roots, pictured as Santa Claus. I have a special connection to him, because I privately play the Ludwig Breakbeats drums, which he developed.
