Info day gives virtual insights into the BTU and the study programmes

Pupils can find answers to the question "Which degree course is right for me?" via the EXPO IP trade fair platform in the live programme as well as during individual counselling sessions. Teachers and parents are also cordially invited to obtain comprehensive information about the wide range of courses on offer and the study conditions at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg.

Traditionally and once again online, the university in Lusatia opens its doors to all prospective students from all over Germany and beyond for the Saxon University Information Day. All the content of the "Insights" orientation day is accessible to them from the comfort of their own homes.

In the lecture programme, interested parties will first receive an overview of all degree programmes at the BTU, information on applications, deadlines and enrolment. The dual study programmes, which combine theory and practice and lead to a full degree with practical experience and, depending on the model, also to a vocational qualification, will also be presented. Those who are still completely unsure about what they want to study can find out during the two-semester orientation study programme. This preliminary study programme provides comprehensive support in the search for a course of study that matches individual inclinations and abilities and is also presented. At the end of each course, the lecturers take time to answer any open questions.

In individual counselling sessions, the team at the Central Student Advisory Service will be available to answer prospective students' questions about studying at the BTU.
