Florian, Vivien and Eric already know their way around the BTU pretty well. They are in their first year of training as administrative assistants. Vivien describes it like this. "A university is a pretty big company. Administration, faculties, scientific institutions - it's exciting to get to know and understand the interplay." Eric, adds, "There are very specific procedures for a lot of things. But it can also happen quickly that a completely new task has to be solved. We learn from practical examples and from the experiences of long-time colleagues*." "The good thing is that you can always ask someone. The cooperation is very collegial. During our practical weeks, we work in different administrative areas. That's not only varied, we also learn how university works."

Brandenburg University of Technology has been a training company for more than 20 years. Since then, more than 130 young people have received good training in six different professions, which are offered on a yearly varying basis.
