Inclusive Leadership – Recognising stereotypes, fostering diversity
Inclusive leadership and the concept of psychological safety enable and fund diversity. But what stands in the way of both – particularly within hierarchies – and how can I, as a leader, encourage people to speak up more boldly, learn more effectively and make better decisions together? We will explore what leadership needs today to ensure that high performance, a sense of belonging and equal opportunities are achievable for everyone, regardless of gender, age, background and many other factors of diversity.
Combined with brief reflections and interactive elements, you can look forward to a compelling insight into how and when diversity in organisations truly becomes a game-changer.
