BTU project "Lausitzer NachfolgeBus" among the Top10 in the German preliminary round of the European Enterprise Promotion Award 2022

The European Union honors projects that promote entrepreneurship and enterprise in Germany. In the opinion of the jury, the Lausitzer NachfolgeBus successfully and sustainably supports the sensitization of company succession with the appropriate measures.

Prof. Dr. Gesinde Grande, President of the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg, says: "The Lausitzer NachfolgeBus is a successful project and a great example of transfer from the university to the economy. In Cottbus and the region, companies with a long tradition are closing because they are unable to find a successor. We qualify our students across all faculties for entrepreneurship and management positions in companies. In this way, we not only make an important contribution to a strong and diverse regional business landscape, but also support our graduates on attractive career paths."
