STEM ambassador wants to inspire enthusiasm for engineering and natural sciences

Dr. Ramona Riedel has taken up her position as a STEM ambassador for Faculty 2 – Environment and Natural Sciences at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU). She provides advice and support to pupils, students and doctoral candidates on all aspects of studying.

Physics and football - the Children's University uncovers the secret of the banana flank

The historic hangars in Cottbus - a unique ensemble in terms of construction history

For one week, from 4-10 September 2022, students from all over Germany will examine the hangars built in 1933/34 at the former air base located northwest of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg. The focus will be on the constructions, the significance for the preservation of historical monuments and appropriate post-use concepts.
