EUNICE, the European University for Customised Education, has for the first time set up a wide range of language courses open to all students, lecturers and staff of the alliance.

New at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) and unique in Germany is the study program Building History and Art History. The admission-free bachelor's program will start in the upcoming winter semester 2022/23.

Due to work on the smoke extraction system, the library on the central campus will be closed during the above-mentioned period.

The Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) and three other German planning universities in Berlin, Kaiserslautern and Lübeck support digital teaching for urban development and for the reconstruction of Ukrainian cities.

International researchers are invited to contribute to a publication on conservation theory and urban realpolitik. We welcome South and West Asian cases discussing cultural heritage conservation procedures within urban socio-spatial and legal-administrative relationships. BTU guest students from Ukraine will spend the next six months learning German at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg and embarking on an intensive journey of discovery through the region and German culture.

The BTU supports its young female scientists from the doctoral phase onwards with a travel allowance for their active participation in international (also digital) conferences. The deadline for submitting applications is August 22, 2022.
