Three days a week, there are so called Sprechcafés in Cottbus. Those are spaces for people from Cottbus and all over the world to meet for lively discussions, games and idea exchange. You can practice or help people practice their German (or English).

Entitled „Haneen in Cottbus – wir haben eine Stimme“ (EN: Haneen in Cottbus - we got a voice), the Frauenzentrum (women's center) is going to establish a choir. The project starts on July 1st, 2019. So far, a lot of women with Syrian background are interested but women and girls of all nations are cordially invited to join.
