Workshop on successful DFG proposal writing with Prof. Rolf Kraemer
In the workshop, Prof. Rolf Kraemer will answer questions on how the proposal type affects the application process, what the differences are between BMBF, BMWi and DFG projects and how DFG individual research grant funding differs from funding within a priority programme (SPP). The focus will be on the written proposal and the review procedure. In addition, Prof. Kraemer will discuss which parts of the proposal are particularly important, what options are available in the event of rejection and which tactics are advantageous. Further aspects such as preliminary work and reputation of the applicant, project plan, analysis of reviews, cover letter and response time will be addressed. The workshop is organized by the BTU’s Research Department and will be in English.
