Concerns & Contents

Real estate tax law deals with the taxation of real estate. Real estate is an important factor of economic life, especially in times of low interest rates. They can be both investment and consumer assets. In the case of real estate, numerous specific aspects of business, legal and, in particular, tax law are important and must be taken into account. In this seminar, all tax issues and individual questions will be dealt with comprehensively.

The seminar is aimed at real estate agents, real estate managers, facility managers, private real estate owners and all interested parties working in the real estate sector as well as all other interested parties, e.g. from the fields of architecture, civil engineering, urban planning.

Contents: Income tax, corporate tax, trade tax, sales tax, real estate transfer tax, real estate tax, inflation protection, forced mortgages, real estate acquisition, real estate ownership abroad, real estate in insolvency, reorganization and partial ownership of real estate through real estate funds.
