Visualize processes & design efficiently

Whether it's a grant application, training new employees or introducing new software - there are many reasons to record and optimize processes. In the online seminar, you will learn how to depict processes in the company and find approaches for optimization.

About the event

The design of efficient and transparent processes is the basis for successful business operations and not least the basis for the introduction of new digital technologies. However, processes in manufacturing and administration have often grown over the years, individually shaped by employees and changed according to their own ideas. Even if this does not seem to be a problem in day-to-day business, inefficiencies can manifest themselves in the form of duplicated work or unclear competencies, for example. The induction of employees, organizational changes or the introduction of a new information system are typical occasions in which operational processes are questioned and for which a presentation of these may be necessary.

In the online seminar, you will learn about the various options for representing processes and what they are suitable for. Afterwards, approaches for process optimization will be presented based on practical examples.ormation about the program.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

In addition to a compact overview of the topic, the following questions in particular will be addressed:

  • What are process representations needed for?
  • Which process representations are available and how do they differ?
  • How can optimization potential be identified in process representations?
  • What other methods and concepts are there for process optimization?

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?

The workshop, which is specifically geared towards small and medium-sized companies in the manufacturing sector, addresses managing directors and department or division managers who are responsible for the organization, optimization and digitalization of operational processes.
