The surveys for the current CHE University Rankings 2023 have already begun. At BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, students enrolled in the degree programs to be evaluated also have the opportunity to participate in the survey. To do so, they will receive an e-mail with access to the questionnaire. Participation is possible until January 31, 2023. For prospective students, the results of the university rankings, which are published annually at the beginning of May, are a popular source of guidance for the upcoming application for a place at university.

In the previous rankings, the BTU repeatedly received top marks from its students, for example for the services offered at the start of their studies or in the study support during the first semesters. The equipment of the study and laboratory rooms and the support provided by the lecturers were also honored. The subjects to be evaluated change annually. In the current round, the following subjects are being examined: At universities BWL Law Social Work VWL Business Informatics Business Engineering Business Law Business Sciences At universities of applied sciences / FH / dual universities BWL Social Work VWL Business Informatics Business Engineering Business Psychology Business Law.

With around 120,000 students surveyed, the CHE University Ranking is the most comprehensive and detailed comparison of universities in the German-speaking world. Every year, more than 300 universities and universities of applied sciences, dual universities and universities of cooperative education are surveyed. The ranking is published in the current ZEIT Studienführer at the beginning of May.
