The student university analyzes our eating and nutrition habits
The speaker Dr. rer. med. Antje Löffler is an academic staff member at the Institute of Health at the BTU. There is usually a big difference between what we eat and what we understand by healthy nutrition. Together with the participants of this lecture, the scientist will take a closer look at human nutrition and eating habits. It is worthwhile to look beyond the end of one's plate, for example, to our ancestors. In addition, the young people will learn which nutrients we actually need and why the head and the stomach sometimes have very different ideas about food.
