Mission Sharpening - Workshop for your fulfilling academic and professional journey.

Acting in harmony with your own talents, passions and values is a source of inspiration and motivation in the scientific work process. Frustration, anger, under- or overload are no longer an issue when you are absorbed in what you are doing.

Finding your own calling and continuing to hone it means living a life in harmony with your own talents, passions and values, and putting your whole heart and soul into your work. Frustration, anger, under- or overwork are no longer an issue when you are absorbed in what you are doing. This can be a source of inspiration and motivation, especially in the scientific work process, and can support you in the research process.

Mission finding and sharpening is made possible by this workshop, in which one's own talents - passions - values are explored and brought into harmony in order to formulate one's personal mission from them. The individual areas are explored on the mental, emotional and physical level and all parts are included in the finding process. Finally, practical methods of implementation for the professional everyday life are presented in order to permanently anchor more satisfaction, flow and fulfillment in the working life.
