The IdeenLAB team informed Cottbus's urban community about the IdeenLAB platform and invited them to help shape it

The IdeasLAB community management team informed all interested citizens from Cottbus about the IdeasLAB online platform on November 16, 2023 at the Information, Communication and Media Centre (IKMZ) of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg and engaged in a constructive exchange with visitors to the event.

At the beginning of the event, Andrea Bölke gave a brief insight into the background to Smart City and introduced the "IdeenLAB - Gestalte Dein Cottbus!" project. The audience then experienced the IdeenLAB story at first hand and some of them were able to try out the IdeenLAB platform in a role play. They were able to get to know individual functions and experience the idea creation process. In a relaxed atmosphere, all questions on the topics of digitalization in education, participation, continuation and handling the platform were then discussed. "The exchange was really very valuable and I would like to thank you once again for that," says Sophie Handreka from the Community Management team.

Good news: More events are coming up! On November 23, 2023, there will be a workshop where interested citizens can work with the IdeenLAB team to develop solutions to problems already identified in urban society in the field of digital education. You can already register for this now.

If they have any further questions about the IdeenLAB online platform, Cottbus residents also have the opportunity to talk to the community management team in an online Q&A session every Thursday from 2 - 3 pm. The team is looking forward to lively participation!
