Online lecture: Women (want to) lead, but differently!
Gehrke-Vetterkind successfully advises companies on diversity and inclusion. In her online lecture, she addresses key aspects from her latest book "Frau kann Chef. Taking the lead with joy and serenity". Among other things, she describes how the framework conditions in companies should be so that women are happy to take on a management position. Her findings are based on the experiences of 50 women whom she interviewed as part of her qualitative interview study. How can women succeed in taking on a position of responsibility and becoming/remaining a manager without overshadowing their female strengths? Lilian Gehrke-Vetterkind provides motivating impulses on this subject.
Lilian Gehrke-Vetterkind has a degree in business administration and worked successfully in financial sales for over 10 years. On August 29, 2023, her book "Frau kann Chef. Taking the lead with joy and serenity" was published by GABAL-Verlag (https://gehrkevetterkind.com/produkt/buch-frau-kann-chef/).
