EXPAND+ER WB³ transfer day

The EXPAND+ER WB³ project is hosting a transfer day at the Startblock B2 start-up center. On 31.05.2024 from 09:30, the project team will open its doors to give people interested in innovation, specialists and companies an insight into the fascinating developments and possibilities of digitalization in the context of continuing vocational training. The transfer day offers the opportunity to gain in-depth impressions of the project topic through all-day exhibitions and a multifaceted lecture program. Interested parties are cordially invited to attend and are requested to register by 15.05.2024.

Exhibitions

Various exhibitions, including a science gallery, will be open to visitors throughout the day. Among other things, they can explore different learning worlds with the virtual reality (VR) learning process pilots that have been developed. For example, it is possible to experience driving a forklift truck in a realistic VR environment or discover similarly fascinating learning worlds. There will also be an AR simulation of the technology for semantic search in databases.

Lecture program

In addition to the exhibition offerings, lecture and discussion formats accompanying the event will provide an informative supporting program in which experts will give practical insights into the development fields of the EXPAND+ER WB³ project. In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and be inspired by new insights and impulses.
