12th DAK Company Run - We were there!

2,381 runners and walkers took part in the DAK company run in Cottbus in temperatures of over 30 degrees. BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg was also well represented with 62 employees and students. After a joint warm-up, all runners started the 4.5-kilometre lap along the green banks of the Spree in the beautiful Puschkinpark.

All company participants were divided into teams of three. A total of 647 teams started the race. The best BTU team, consisting of Michael Mannel, Sascha Zell and Ronaldo Cortes Martinez, achieved a great 9th place.

Our fastest BTU runner completed the lap in 17:59 minutes, the fastest female BTU runner finished with a time of 25:08 minutes.

We are already looking forward to the next company run and would like to thank everyone who took part and cheered on our BTU team!
