Travelling exhibition "Bakteriopolis"
The interactive travelling exhibition "Bakteriopolis" will be making a stop at BTU in July 2025:
from 8-11 July at Cottbus main campus and from 15-17 July at Campus Senftenberg.
Visitors of all ages are invited to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of bacteria. The exhibition shows the enormous diversity and importance of these microorganisms - as the origin of all life, constant companions in everyday life and beacons of hope for the future.
At interactive stations, you can discover for yourself how bacteria work: explore the "green wonder weapon" spirulina, learn about kefir as a microbial ecosystem and experience how bacteria influence nutrition, health and modern technologies.
A special highlight: the presentation of the "Microbe of the Year".

Registration for school classes and groups at studienorientierung@b-tu.de.
Open to everyone from 2 pm, before that only groups with registration.
