BTU recruiting fair campus-X-change

This year, around 80 employers will be present, about half of them from the region. Visitors to the fair can expect numerous opportunities such as internships, student jobs, final theses, trainee programs, and entry-level positions. Students and graduates will have the chance to speak directly with HR managers and specialists from various departments. In addition to concrete job offers, campus-X-change provides valuable insights and an overview of many companies and their fields of activity.

A matching platform helps to arrange appointments in advance, allowing students to view company profiles and job vacancies. At the same time, employers have the opportunity to search the students' profiles for suitable candidates. If there is mutual interest, an appointment is made at the exhibition stand. A spontaneous visit - without prior matching - is also possible.
