Find your voice - workshops to strengthen your voice in everyday university life
In keeping with the motto of Brandenburg Women's Weeks 2026: ‘WTF – Wut trifft Feminismus’ (Anger meets feminism), the Equal Opportunities Office is offering two workshops to create a space where justified anger can be felt and expressed. Registration for the workshops will be available online from February 2026.
Strengthening the voice (online workshop)
- Date: 18 March 2026
- Times: 10:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00
This workshop focuses on self-awareness, strategies for finding your voice and bodywork to reduce tension. The content is identical in both time slots; choose between the morning and afternoon options.
Dealing with anger (face-to-face workshop)

Coach: Andrzej Profus (they/them)
Andrzej is an experienced expert in ‘extreme vocals,’ empowerment, and social justice, offering university members a well-founded and practical workshop experience. With over 20 years of experience, Andrzej brings techniques such as screaming and shouting into play to promote expression and transformation processes.
Andrzej combines the power of the voice with overcoming challenges that can arise in everyday university life, creating spaces for supportive and powerful presence. With extensive training in somatic voice work and coaching for embodied transformation, Andrzej not only teaches technical skills, but also a deep understanding of the political dimensions of trauma, diversity and mental health.
Using creative methods and an integrative perspective, Andrzej has organised many workshops and camps that support participants in finding their voice and using it with confidence. With an academic background in social work and practice research, Andrzej provides valuable insights into the social and personal dynamics of empowerment.
We look forward to your participation to explore new paths together in an empowering environment.
