From idea to project: Students shaping a sustainable future at BTU

Students are developing practical ideas for a more sustainable campus – with the chance to receive funding of up to €5,000.

How can BTU become more sustainable? What ideas do students have for the responsible use of resources, sustainable events or green campus design?

The next meeting of the student sustainability group will take place in April. The aim is to gather ideas together, assess their feasibility and develop concrete project proposals from them.

Students can get involved in two ways: they can present their ideas at the meeting and discuss them together, or submit them by email.

Please note: a fully developed concept is not required. Together, we will assess which approaches are realistically feasible and how these can be turned into a concrete project plan.

A special incentive: DINI e.V. is currently running a student competition in which sustainable project ideas can be funded with up to €5,000. The meeting therefore also offers the opportunity to further develop ideas with a view to securing potential funding.
