IdeenLAB workshop: Let's go from problem to idea!

The online platform "IdeenLAB - Gestalte Dein Cottbus!" is an open place of creativity where ideas can grow together and become real projects. The IdeenLAB team received a total of 288 education-related problems from urban society that they are concerned about in the course of digitalization, particularly in the area of education. These were grouped into eight problem areas.

Together with you, we would now like to find  ideas for solving the problems identified in this workshop. So let the challenges facing our city inspire you to find solutions. Because your idea can make the difference! Would you like to continue working on your idea, get involved and turn your project into reality? Wonderful! We would be happy to support you with the next steps. You can then use the platform not only to develop and manage projects independently, but also to make them visible to the public.

However, the workshop will first focus on answering the question: "What ideas and approaches are there for solving one or more problems in various problem areas?"

This is what we intend to do:

• Find problem area & problem(here you will get first impressions of the eight problem areas already identified with problems that Cottbus residents* see in the education sector)
• Develop idea(s) (& transfer to the platform if necessary)
• If necessary, enter initial information in the project profile and transfer it to the platform

The workshop offers the opportunity to work on a specific problem or idea both alone and in (spontaneously formed) groups.

Target group

All interested citizens from Cottbus and the surrounding area, stakeholders in the education sector

Prerequisites:

Enjoyment of exchange, e.g. about digitization, educational projects, participation formats, engagement opportunities, possession of a terminal device (smartphone/tablet/laptop) and writing utensils would be an advantage
