General project management (online)

This course provides participants with a solid methodological knowledge base to enable them to manage projects competently, confidently and in a results-orientated manner.

Due to the increased cost and deadline pressure, many private sector projects, but also more and more public sector projects, are being carried out as projects. This makes it all the more important to plan projects well, to learn project management techniques in advance and to acquire the necessary organisational and communication skills.
