Information Portal: Teaching

You will find the module descriptions in the navigation point "Modules" in the information portal teaching. The module descriptions contain binding information on the learning outcome, content, form of teaching and proportion, assessment mode for module exmaination and the components which are offered in the current semester. In addition, you will find timetables for study programmes for a particular semester under the navigation point "Courses".

The Online-Portal

As an enrolled student you get entrance to the Online-Portal with a valid BTU account. There you can complete the following actions from any computer with internet access:

- Registration and Deregistration from Module Examinations
- View and print your transcript of records
- View and print your administrative documents

- Edit personal contact information (address, phone number, email)

 In addition, they also offer all the necessary information for registering for the following semester.

General Studies

In addition to compulsory and elective modules, the General Studies are intended to teach skills beyond the specialized knowledge.  Therefore  General Studies are not part of the regular study programme, but add subject independent aspects. They do not replace skill integrated instruction, necessary from the angle of the study programme. Only the modules stated in the catalogue are permitted for the General Studies in study programmes at BTU Cottbus Senftenberg. Other modules are not allowed to be selected.
