At the Energy Innovation Center, more than 70 scientists from many countries are researching innovative solutions and technologies for a climate-neutral energy supply. The focus is particularly on the development of climate-neutral technologies that companies in Lusatia and around the world can use directly.

The Energy Innovation Center builds bridges between business and science. In six different laboratories, the Energy Innovation Center conducts research into cyber security in energy systems, green hydrogen and the connection of electricity, heat and gas grids, among other things.
