Soon the time will come! A new summer and cultural festival is just around the corner. We, the students of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, organize on the Campus Süd/Sachsendorf in the Lipezker Straße 47 with the citizens' association Sachsendorf-Madlow on 24.06.2023 the summer festival for all residents*Innen from Cottbus and students of all study programmes.

"Utopia Cultural Education" asks about the potential of aesthetic and utopian practice in transformation processes in Lusatia: How can cultural education, art and culture support bottom-up processes in the transformation region? What role do utopias from the arts, digital pioneers and cultural education events with art and media play here?

The BTU is taking part in the nationwide Car-Free Campus Day on June 20, 2023, to draw attention to the relevance of climate-neutral, environmentally friendly and socially just mobility.
