BTU Advent calendar: Door 10 Recipe for "angel eyes" by Christin Faulstich

Ingredients:

240 g flour
60 g powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
150 g soft butter
approx. 50 g raspberry jelly
baking paper

Instruction manual:

Knead all ingredients (flour, powdered sugar, egg yolk & butter) to a smooth dough. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight for about 30 minutes.
Form dough into approx. 50 walnut-sized balls. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press small hollows into the dough. Preheat the oven (electric stove approx. 200 degrees). Fill the jelly into the hollows. Turn the oven down to about 160 degrees and push the prepared cookies into the oven. Now bake for about 12 - 15 minutes.
