Findings, Methods and Goals of the Scientific Monitoring in the Project

Presentation: Scientific Commission for Personnel in the Association of University Teachers of Business Administration e.V.

On September 30, 2022, the findings, methods, and goals of the scientific monitoring in the project to date were presented in a short paper at the fall workshop of the Commission for Human Resources in Berlin.

The focus of the presentation for the conference was to create a scientific framework for understanding how to effectively design, implement, and apply digital tools (such as X-reality and gamification approaches) in education and training contexts (programs).

To achieve the objective, the presentation was structured as follows: Motivation, Research Question, Status, Methodology, and Discussion.

The contribution of the expected research results of the studies for research and practice could already be outlined considering the limitations.
