Financial Support
The ERASMUS+ grant makes a valuable financial contribution to the travel and accommodation costs incurred during the study period abroad. The corresponding funding rates and lump sums are based on the guidelines of the European Commission.
Applicable funding rates:
Monthly Allowance | Top-up Amount (if applicable) | One-off Travel Allowance |
700 EUR | 250 EUR / Month | 20 EUR – 1,500 EUR |
Top-up amount:
In order to give more students equal access to the ERASMUS+ programme, participants with fewer opportunities can apply for additional monthly financial support of EUR 250 and receive a one-off grant for the use of low-emission means of transport (‘green travel‘) for the outward and return journey. Further details on the individual criteria can be found in the information sheet ERASMUS+ Additional Funding.
