As part of the Cottbus City Festival, the Cottbus Open intercultural festival will take place in Puschkinpark on Sunday, 23 June at 12 noon. BTU President Prof Gesine Grande and the Mayor of Cottbus, Marietta Tzschoppe, will jointly open the festival.

On Sunday, June 2, 2024, committed people from various Cottbus districts will come together to demonstrate for a democratic Brandenburg based on solidarity. BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg is supporting the campaign. BTU President Prof. Gesine Grande will give a speech at 2 p.m. in front of the main campus of the university.

It's that time again! On 31.05.24 from 15:30, the students of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg invite you to the Kultur-Campusfest. Together with the Bürgerverein Sachsendorf-Madlow e.V., the campus grounds at Lipezker Straße 47 (House 7) will be brought to life for the second time. This year's festival will once again bring together Cottbus residents and students from all study programmes.

As part of the "Cottbuser Willkommensfest", the "Young Kicker Tournament" and "Firmen Cup" foosball tournaments will take place on Tuesday, 28.05.2024 from 4 p.m. on the Altmarkt in Cottbus on the occasion of Diversity Day. We are looking for trainees, students and employees who would like to represent BTU in the foosball tournaments.
