Workshop „Self-organization and how to cope with stress“

Mental health plays a major role in determining our quality of life. Together we will tackle topics such as stress, anxiety, loneliness and challenges in everyday life.

Looking after mental health can preserve a person’s ability to enjoy life and perform up to their full potential. This involves reaching a balance between life activities, responsibilities, and efforts to achieve psychological resilience.

This web-based workshop helps you get together, understand, and deal with various challenges which you might encounter during your studies in Germany. We will focus on developing strategies of how to organize yourselves in order to maintain good mental health and resilience. We will talk about the struggles of loneliness, anxiety, stress, and (of course) Culture Shock.
